Property Styling Brighton East, Melbourne:

Turns out, I drive past this home twice a day.  I had no idea that tucked behind its high walls was an expansive family home with two outdoor living spaces and plenty of space to play.  Featuring again a downstairs master suite with ensuite and WIR, the home had formal and informal living areas on the ground floor with a third living space and study nook upstairs.  Three more bedrooms and two bathrooms with private balconies and views down South Road to Brighton Beach made this an ideal home.

We used a mix of conservative classical styling with some hint of the bayside locality referenced in artwork and the colour themes.

It was a pleasure to work with the Owner who had built the two properties on the corner of South Rd and Baird St and to assist them to achieve the sale that would support the next phase of their lives.

If memory serves correctly this was the second property styling project we had undertaken for David Cutler of Purple Bricks.  David and I met after we styled a family home for sale that he had listed in Jasper Rd, Bentleigh.  David was kind enough and had the confidence in both the quality of our stock and property styling strategies to refer us to his Brighton East client.
