There may be fewer buyers out there but, those that are, are in it to win it. Holiday buyers tend to be more committed, more decisive and there are also fewer homes on the market so competition is greater.
If you live in a holiday location like the Mornington Peninsula, it can even be a better time to sell with an influx of seasonal visitors looking to make the Mornington Peninsula home.
Styling your home for sale over the holiday period can also be a great way to be ready to go first thing in January with your campaign and you can shut off properly over the break knowing you are all ready to go in 2020.
What is the Holiday Property Styling deal?
We’ve discounted our property styling these holidays. For all Melbourne Property Styling installations from the 25th November to 18th December you will receive 30% off our usual pricing as well as up to four additional weeks free.
The number of free weeks you receive correlates to the week of install. So if you install on the 25th of November, you will get four weeks, three weeks free for installs the week of the 2nd December and so on. Essentially this will help to account for that dodgy week between Christmas and New Years.
The savings are significant too. You can check out our usual pricing for Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. However if you have a 3 bed 1 living room home and use our Holiday Special that would be a saving of $945 and for a 4 bed 2 living room home you could save over $1,100.
You can also still use our Style Now Pay Later service if you prefer meaning you would pay just 10% upfront and then layby the balance. There are some fees to do this but it takes the upfront ouch out of styling.
Why are we discounting our Holiday Property Styling?
Well, it is true that there is less volume of property on the market over the holidays. So, like most property stylists across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula, we experience an overfull warehouse during the silly season! We would rather our beautiful stock be in your home for the holidays than sitting (all lonely) in our warehouse.
