It was a privilege to be asked to assist some friends, who happen to also own Melbourne’s premiere rammed earth construction company, to sell their Bentleigh East family home of many years.
Featuring some of their rammed earth building technology, a beautiful pool and spacious second living quarters this home sold in late 2017 with the support of the team from Buxton in Bentleigh. The rammed earth walls add a solidity to the home that exudes a coolness and calm not found in timber and plaster construction.
We supplemented the home owner’s own furniture and coordinated with existing artworks to complement the wide variety of family living spaces that were available.
