This fantastic 4 bedroom, single fronted Victorian terrace in Princes Hill boasted a newly renovated living space.
The rear living area gave us the perfect property styling and staging opportunity. We were able to utilise some existing furniture in the front of the house and add a more modern feel to the new lounge and dining area in the rear.
The property generally had a cool colour scheme and we used selections from both our Nordic Coast and Mod Ozthemes to stage the property. These themes combine light timber tones with pops of colour for a look that is both casual and contemporary. We use plenty of textured materials and strategically place lighting to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

With new floors and fresh paint, this property’s main living, dining and kitchen area was a blank canvas ready for us to style. The second living space could lend itself to a formal dining, study or additional sitting room. We nominated property styling that would allow it to be a multi functional space displaying the space as a study / home office and sitting area.
