In this small project a minor amount of assistance was provided to the Vendor. We provided bedroom furniture, bedside tables, lamps, linens and artworks for the three bedrooms in this generously sized rear unit in a small group of just 2. In original 70’s condition this unit had significant scope for improvement and a generous outdoor living space.
