Arghh… I love my home, I have burnt the moving boxes but occasionally both a build and it’s location makes me question my plan to never, ever, ever move again. With the smell of salty air and the sound of the bay at the of the street this brand new townhouse development was one of those property styling projects that makes my commitment wobble.
Built by the team at Newtech Homes, this development of three townhouses in the beachside Melbourne suburb of Chelsea was so easy to style. With quality fixtures and fittings and a fun floor plan that placed the main living areas upstairs and open to the sea breezes, this would make both a great starter home or bayside downsizer.

The Property Styling Melbourne Styling team used selections from across our Nordic Coastal theme to help bring this development to life. We supersized the artwork to reflect the scale offered by the vaulted ceilings in the main living spaces.
Cool greys featured in our sofas and they were accented with blues and warm natural timber tones.
