The Property Styling team worked with the Vendor and Real Estate Agent to help transform this unit in a well known local complex.  5 Glenden Retreat Cheltenham had not been updated or renovated in some time and many fixtures and fittings as well as appliances like heaters and airconditioning units were dated.  When the property in Cheltenham was vacant many of these dated features acted as the focal point of each room.  If presented to potential buyers as a vacant property these appliances and fixtures would be the more memorable take away from each property inspection

With a brief to inject colour into this property styling Cheltenham project we worked with a light base palette and added feature colours through art, soft furnishings and accessories.

Last sold in 1993 for just $152,000 (oh for a time machine!) this property was successfully sold for $740,000 in June 2017.

The property was marketed by Belinda Cimino of Ray White in Cheltenham.  The campaign completed on time with the successful sale of the property.
