The Property Styling Melbourne team recently collaborated with the YPA Lifestyle Property Rye and their Vendors on this property styling Fingal project.
Possibly one of the most interesting homes we have ever styled, the Fingal property was thermally insulated by it’s almost entirely concrete construction. With the main bedrooms, secondary living rooms and study on the street level, a dramatic staircase and full height windows to the view of the golf courses in the distances, took you down to the main living area.
The property also featured other brutalist design elements like exposed steel, copper sheeting, dark wall paneling, double glazed windows and polished concrete flooring, ensuring that the craftmanship executed during design and construction are the feature.
Whilst the home is situated on a generous 840m2+ block it isn’t overly large and would be an amazing downsizer or holiday home.
All three bedrooms have their own ensuite and built in robes and the property also has a study, powder room and two living rooms. The main living space has an open fireplace and custom floating surround. The kitchen is a galley style with integrated refrigerator and Smeg appliances, custom-designed lighting and cabinetry and concrete island work bench. You will also find this featured custom, in-situ concrete pour construction featuring in the Master Bedroom and Ensuite too.
This is definitely a bucket list home!
