In this property styling project in Highett, we worked alongside our Vendors, and their Agent, Julian Augustini of Hodges Real Estate Brighton, to present this brand new townhouse for sale.
Quite possibly the largest of townhomes we have recently styled in the south eastern and bayside suburbs, the floor plan featured a downstairs master in addition to three more bedrooms upstairs. We are finding the dual masters (upstairs and downstairs) with full ensuites to each are in high demand. This property also featured one of the most generous rear living spaces and wide hallways.
We used a neutral palette of cool greys and blonde timbers with pops of navy and other blues to style the townhouse. We also capitalised on the sense of space using two round mirrors in a hallway and living space to reflect both light and artwork.
This home also had the most perfect gum tree in the backyard and it was great to see how the landscaping and paving helped to integrate this amazing feature.
