Set in the heart of Richmond, this inner-city 1 bedroom apartment was marketed towards investors and first home buyers. With an open plan living/kitchen space and bedroom with ensuite, it was important to use the right furniture pieces to demonstrate the best use of space.

The property generally had a warm colour scheme and we used selections from across our Nordic Coastal theme to stage the property. As part of a medium density block the apartment’s main living area only had one window allowing in natural light. So whilst the property had a warm colour scheme the use of cool nordic inspired furniture and accessories helped to lighten the property naturally.
The scandinavian design elements were also more likely to appeal to the inner urban buyers and investors.
