Property Styling Northcote: we so love styling these types of homes across Melbourne!  The period single fronted facade with heritage features in the bedrooms through to the expansive, modern open plan living spaces at the rear are the best features of this home.  However they often present a challenge, how to integrate the two very distinct architectural periods to make the home feel seamless.

Our property styling strategies help the owner achieve this.  Whilst fixed features like continuous flooring, complementary colour schemes and fittings like taps, door handles and architrave can all assist our use of contemporary but restrained classical pieces throughout the home put the finishing touches on the styling to create a flow from front entrance to rear deck.

The property has a cool colour scheme and we used pops of colour from our Mod Aus property styling theme to appeal to the buyer demographic.  This was the second time we had worked with the same property investor, having previously styled their two bedroom Art Deco apartment in the city.
