Property Styling Research
This fresh and bright, newly renovated family home in Research required some property styling and staging to complement its new look.
The home has 2 living areas and 4 bedrooms which we were happy to style to ensure this family had a well presented and functional home for the duration of their campaign.
The main living and family area was staged using our Mod Oz theme to reflect a space that is easy to live in with great flow out to the lovely rear garden. This particular theme combines light timber tones with pop of colour for a look that is family-friendly, casual and also contemporary.
Mod Oz Theme
Upon entering this home you are instantly welcomed by a fireplace which provided the styling inspiration for the living room. A warm rug, natural timbers and washed artwork complemented the space, whilst also making it feel open and bright.
With two young girls to accommodate we removed all clutter and styled the children’s bedroom with just the essentials, displaying the generous size of this second bedroom.
Staging the master bedroom to enhance it’s size and versatility was important to the vendors. We selected a blue and soft grey colour palette to complement the existing bed.
