Set in the heart of St Kilda, this trendy apartment needed just a little bit of love to prepare it for sale. We were able to include a quotation from Property Styling Melbourne’s Blind Cleaning to rejuvenate the existing blinds which our client was happy to accept. A touch of painting, repairs and general maintenance, and the apartment’s charm was returned.
Featuring two bedrooms with access to a spacious courtyard, a large living room with an open fireplece and a kitchen with space for a dining table and chairs, the property appealed to a wide market.
The property generally had a cool colour scheme and we used selections from across our Nordic Coast theme to stage the property. Light timber, wicker and textured materials are features of this property styling package.
The living room had space for a large sofa as well as an occasional chair to create a reading nook next to the fireplace. This kitchen featured a dining area and we staged the courtyard using two outdoor lounges with additional plants.
