Our home staging services includes an expert Home Stager’s advice and packages that include designer furniture hire and if you need it, cleaning, repairs and improvements to help your home stand out from the crowd.

Prices listed are inclusive of GST.
The Home Staging Package Prices are for property up to 30minutes travel time from our Warehouse in Moorabbin.
We have fixed prices also available for home staging that is within a 30 minute – 60 minute radius from our Warehouse in Moorabbin.
Property that is over 1 hour from our Warehouse may include a higher call out fee charged by our Logistics Contractors and would be quoted on a case by case basis.
Property with difficult access that involves lifting furniture over balconies and more than two flights of stairs to access an apartment (without a lift) may also incur some additional fees and charges. Speak with your Property Stylist for any clarification.
We may recommend your the layout of your property may also warrant the inclusion of additional pieces if rooms are oversized or unusually shaped.
These additional costs would be identified during your site inspection and your quotation would be modified accordingly.The above inclusions are at our discretion. The primary considerations are what, in our professional advice, best suits your property, combined with a consideration of available stock at any given time.

Do you offer partial home staging?
As of the 1st August 2017 we no longer provide partial property styling for occupied homes. Partial property styling (styling of just a few rooms or provision of supplementary furniture) can still be provided, only where the property is unoccupied.
If you require partial property styling we recommend the Institute of Home Staging’s Member Directory to find a suitable provider.
