Home Styling. What is it?
Home Styling is all about preparing your home for sale. Also known as Property Styling or Home Staging, our service aims to help the property owner and their Real Estate Agent, sell the home faster and for the best possible return. Our Home Styling includes a house stylist’s advice, repairs and renovations, and expertly styled designer furniture to achieve the Home Styling.
These critical Home Styling strategies will help your home stand out from the crowd.
Home Styling. Who Needs It?
We believe that everyone selling a residential property should consider Home Styling, essential. However, this is especially the case if it is a new build or vacant home for sale. Alternatively, you may be a homeowner that is time poor or simply overwhelmed and not sure where to start when tackling your own home styling.
In addition, our team have experience providing this home styling service for a wide array of home types including;

Home Styling is also more accessible than ever before as we can now defer much of the upfront costs by using our Style Now Pay Later service. There is no reason to compromise your final sale price or to risk your sale campaign failing entirely by taking a poorly presented property to the market.
What are the benefits of Home Styling?
Statistically, homes that have had undertaken at least some home styling, sell for more and with fewer days spent on market. Why? Everyone knows that first impressions count and the attention that house styling creates both online and in person create that winning first impression.
Home Styling can assist your home to stand out online. Once this is achieved, home styling ensures your potential buyer is engaged emotionally and helps them to form that all important emotional attachment. Your Real Estate Agent’s job is also made that much easier. This is because potential home buyers spend longer longer in a styled home for sale than in an empty one. This means your Real Estate Agent has more time to spend with your likely home buyers.

Prices listed are inclusive of GST.
They are for property up to 30minutes travel time from our Warehouse in Moorabbin. We also have fixed prices also available for home styling that is 30 minutes – 60 minutes from our Warehouse in Moorabbin. However, property that is over 1hour from our Warehouse may include a higher call out fee charged by our Logistics Contractors. Consequently these jobs would be quoted on a case by case basis.
For instance, property with difficult access that involves lifting furniture over balconies and more than two flights of stairs to access an apartment (without a lift) may also incur some additional fees and charges.
Speak with your Home Stylist for any clarification.
Sometimes, we may recommend your the layout of your property may also warrant the inclusion of additional pieces if rooms are oversized or unusually shaped. These additional costs would be identified during your site inspection and your quotation would be modified accordingly.
However the above inclusions are at our discretion. This is because, the primary considerations are what, in our professional advice, best suits your property, combined with a consideration of available stock at any given time.
Do we offer home styling discounts?
We are happy to offer discounts on our Home Styling. This is because there is often a high cost of acquisition when securing new clients. Consequently, we want to reward our pre-existing clients and those in our network who regularly refer work to us. As a result, a discount of 10% is available on the prices listed above if you are:

Home Styling – The Process
Once you make contact we will ask a few questions to get started.
Firstly, we will offer either an onsite home styling assessment and quotation or secondly a prepare a desktop estimate instead. It all depends on what stage you are in the home sale process.
For example, we have clients that reach out to us a week before their photos and others that need early advice. Most importantly, they are seeking guidance to direct their presale renovation planning, before they even get to home styling. Because many of my clients are varying stages of readiness, we will work with you to to ensure that you:
- Get the presentation of your home right
- Have reassurance along the way that the changes you are making are the ones most likely to have a reliably high return on investment and
- Arrive across the finish line with a successful and swift sale
