Prices listed are inclusive of GST.   

Prices listed indicate our minimum charge, the cost may be higher depending on your location on the Mornington Peninsula.  The difference accounts for the additional travel time and call out fees charged by our logisitics contractors. Other factors may vary the price including: Property with difficult site access; eg: lifting furniture over balconies, steep or unpaved driveways, more than one flight of stairs (no lift), ability to use available lift in buildings.

Style Now Pay Later; the quoted cost is the discounted cash price, if you wish to use Style Now Pay Later the cost will vary.  

Sometimes, we may recommend your the layout of your property may also warrant the inclusion of additional pieces if rooms are oversized or unusually shaped.   These additional costs would be identified during your site inspection and your quotation would be modified accordingly.

However the above inclusions are at our discretion.  This is because, the primary considerations are what, in our professional advice, best suits your property, combined with a consideration of available stock at any given time.

The Property Styling Process

Once you make contact we will ask a few questions to get started.  Firstly, we will offer either an onsite assessment and quotation or secondly a prepare a desktop estimate instead. It all depends on what stage you are in the property sale process.  For example, we have clients that reach out to us a week before their photos and others that need early advice.  Most importantly, they are seeking guidance to direct their presale renovation planning, before they even get to property styling.   Because many of my clients are varying stages of readiness, we will work with you to to ensure that you:
