What is a property staging agreement?
A Property Staging Agreement is the document you’ll receive once you accept your staging quote. It sets out important terms such as:

You’ll also need to agree to provide key details (e.g., power availability, permission for wall hooks) at least two business days before staging to avoid delays.
When will I recieve my invoice?
After you approve your quote, you’ll be emailed an invoice with payment details (bank transfer or secure online link). Please note: Amex and Diners are not accepted. Full payment must be cleared at least two business days before staging—your service isn’t confirmed until then.
How does Style Now and Pay Later work?
This option allows you to access property staging services valued up to $15,000 on an interest-free plan, with no impact on your credit score. Setup and account fees apply. Approval is managed through our finance partner (Certegy). Applications must be completed and approved at least two business days before staging day.
What if my home isn’t ready on staging day?
If you expect delays, please advise us at least two business days in advance. Notice given the day before or on staging day may incur a call-out fee to cover removalists and staff, and could result in rescheduling.
What happens on the staging day?
We’ll confirm arrival times and access arrangements ahead of time. For safety and efficiency, owners and tenants should not be present during staging. Once staging is complete, we’ll secure the property and let you know it’s ready to view.
What happens if there is an issue?
If anything small comes loose during the campaign—such as a wall art piece or accessory—contact us right away and we’ll return to fix it promptly.
What is Unstaging
Unstaging refers to the removal of furniture and décor at the end of your contract. We’ll coordinate access and schedule removal with you before the agreed end date.
What if the property doesn't sell?
This is rare—less than 2% of staged homes don’t sell within the planned campaign. If it happens, we may be able to extend your property staging contract, subject to the availability of stock. We’ll stay in touch to confirm your options.
The Finer Details
Prices listed are inclusive of GST. Fixed rates are available for homes within 30 to 60 minutes of our Moorabbin warehouse. Properties more than one hour away may attract extra logistics costs. Additional charges may apply for homes with difficult access, such as multiple staircases or lifts. Oversized or unusually shaped rooms may also require extra furniture, which will be discussed at your site inspection. The selection of inclusions is at our discretion, based on what we believe will most effectively complement your home and the items we have in stock.
