It’s an interesting intersection, which is essentially a media business investing in a Real Estate vertical. BHG can leverage the publishing powerhouse of online and perhaps even its TV media investment to elevate listings. There is even a new podcast in the offing that is setting out to take listeners on “… a journey to find and create a home they love.”
So it was super interesting to see that the Better Homes and Gardens American Real Estate brand has now launched in Australia. Specifically for Melbournites that have a base in Richmond. I recently had a chat with Michael Sloan (who is the MD of the Richmond office) and was really interested to hear what they had in store for the rebounding Melbourne property market in 2020.
