This portfolio highlights a property styling project undertaken by Property Styling Melbourne in Mt Eliza, Victoria.
This property was undergoing the final stages of a renovation project by a dynamic couple with a young family. With various extensions adding a dedicated study the property could be shown off as a 5 bedroom home, one of which was a dedicated nursery, with an office and three outdoor entertaining areas.
The styling required was over three levels and the property had amazing views across natural bushland found in Mt Eliza. Property Styling Melbourne were asked to bring in supplementary furniture, accessories, linens, art, and outdoor furniture to round out their pieces.
This enabled them to present the property to its best without investing in additional furniture items ahead of a move to their next amazing home on the Mornington Peninsula.
We made selections from across our Nordic Coast theme which integrated with major furniture items the couple already had in place. We staged the study, new outdoor entertaining area, children’s rooms, play areas, nursery and the guest room.
Property Styling Melbourne was also able to help out by organising and bringing along a window cleaner who simultaneously cleaned the inside and outside of the windows and flyscreens, this was all included in the package.
