This premium property is one of our recent home styling projects in Camberwell. The Cornell St property is one of two, three level townhouses. The owners demolished their old home and have respectfully developed on the site.
The home included a gym, home theatre, wine cellar, basement carpark, pool and elevator in addition to all of the expected inclusions in a luxury four bedroom family home.
The property has three living spaces which included a large open plan living and dining area off the designer kitchen. This largest living space is ideal for entertaining opening to a paved area, manageable yard and a pool.
The kitchen included a butlers pantry and extensive use of beautiful natural stone. The second living space acted as a formal living area with a study nook tucked away, a practical addition.
The property had a warm colour scheme and we used selections from across our Global Luxe theme to stage the property.
Monochrome highlights, geometric patterns, darker timber furniture combined with brass accessories and pops of dark green from foliage were features of this property styling package.
We also introduced marble coffee tables and an oversized upholstered bed head and matching ottoman for the impact required in the Master Bedroom.
Feature art works were used throughout this property staging in Camberwell. Property Styling Melbourne hired fine art on behalf of the Vendors, to support the premium property styling expected in a location like Camberwell.
Rent Fine Art and Mars Gallery all supplied artworks by artists including Kerry Armstrong, Joanne Mott and Lisa Michl.
My favourite artwork in this property was White Wings which was used with great impact in the central living room where it intersected with the entry hallway and main stair case.
