When we were first contacted by our client, this fabulous beachside home was not even built yet. Quoting off the plans, we knew this property was going to be a dream to stage.
This property features an open plan kitchen, living and dining area that flows onto both a covered entertaining area and backyard. A formal lounge, master bedroom with ensuite plus two further bedrooms and an additional bathroom with laundry makes this property a perfect family home.
Property Styling Before Photos
Being beachside, light and bright we used selections from across our Nordic Coast theme to stage this property. Blonde/distressed timber, wicker, glass, neutral, natural and textured materials are all features of this property styling package.
Nordic Coast Theme
In the open plan kitchen/living/dining are we created zones for living and were able to include a large dining table and chairs. In the living area surrounding the fireplace were built-in shelves which we filled with beachy, nordic, Hamptons-style accessories. We styled the additional bedrooms as a guest room and a kids room to show their versatility. The extensive decking outside was large enough to fit an L-shaped lounge as well as an outdoor setting.
