Property Styling Hastings

In this recent project we worked with Agents Roberts and Green and the Developer to stage one townhouse in a multi-unit development on the foreshore of Hastings.  The townhouse initially presented some logistical challenges with a reversed living layout (living, kitchen and dining upstairs) requiring some creative thinking to get our designer furniture upstairs.

The effort was worth it with views to the foreshore and water from the outdoor entertaining area.  This area was staged with a combination of lounge style chairs and side tables with a dining set as well to demonstrate the available, versatile outdoor living.

This development had a cool colour scheme with stone benchtops and a tiled floor upstairs that suited the beachside living.  We used large Bayliss floor rugs to add texture and warmth to the tiled floors upstairs.  Featured dark greens and grey greens from foliage including Australian Natives, Fiddle Leaf Figs and Strelizia’s offered contrast.

The three bedroom’s downstairs were staged and styled as a master suite, guest bedroom and a child’s room.  The downstairs retreat and rear courtyard were also staged.
