We love it when we have the opportunity to assist family and friends style their own homes and investment property for sale. In this simple 2 bed apartment project we worked with the Vendors, our friends, to finish off their cosmetic renovation by styling the property for sale.
Located on the first level in a complex with ample parking, we were able to highlight the new open plan living spaces and the modified bedroom layouts. This apartment had a generous master bedroom and changes to the layout of the rest of the apartment freed up more space for bed 2.

The cosmetic renovation of these investors occurred between February and May 2017 and netted a 25% ROI with the original purchase price of $415,000 bested just three months later with a subsequent sale of $555,000.
While much of that is attributed to the floor plan modifications that added a second bedroom and updated kitchen, hence a significant up lift in value – we like to think our property styling helped seal the deal.
